BOOK CLUB
No rules. No required readings.
Just a loosely kept record of the books that pulled me out of creative ruts, offered poetic survival tips, or made art feel possible again.
Part treasure hunt, part confessional reading list.
LIBRARY
A small but growing collection of things we love - picture books, artist monographs, self-published works by artists and musicians, cookbooks nestled amongst small sculptural treasures and various wooden toys. Also: music, art theory, cinema, photography, and early childhood education.
I’ve always dreamed of having a home library. Now our living room is wall-to-wall bookshelves - a little like the set of Tiny Desk, if it were curated by an artist-parent. It’s filled with stories about creativity, reflection, and meaning-making along with the random tub of loose parts. We also have a soft spot for books on sensory experiences, studio practice, and the handmade.
You’ll find resources on Filipino culture and diaspora, early childhood education (especially Reggio Emilia and child-led pedagogies), children’s literature, and food as culture and inheritance.
Part artist’s archive, part family bookshelf, part teaching toolkit - open to collaborators, curious visitors, and anyone in search of something beautiful and a little unexpected to peruse. It’s a non-lending collection, but visitors are always welcome to linger, read, and explore.

Instructions for the Unfinished:
Place the book beside your bed
Or under your pillow
Or in a box labeled
Things I’m finally ready for
